First off awesome work on the freaquent updates. Really appreciate all the little fixes and new additions to your already great application.
I noticed you added a manifier on the PIXEL RULER tool which is great. Could you make an option to turn the cursor into a CROSSHAIR while in PIXEL RULER mode? It would make measuring objects onscreen a little easier even if the ruler is far from the cursor.

And with the CROSSHAIRS option, you can create a temporary crosshair grid that the PIXEL RULER can snap onto.
Like for example:
Using the CROSSHAIR tool allows you to specify a custon 0,0 X/Y coordinates just by clicking right? If the PIXEL RULER had a crosshair function, if you click on the screen the crosshair activates the custom 0,0 coordinate grid. Then it will allow you to drag the PIXEL RULER and "snap" to the custom 0,0 coordinate grid.
