This is for PicPick v2.2.0.
You can capture scrolling windows on the internet, but I am unable to get it to work with Word, Excel, etc.
To be able to capture windows beyond what is shown on the screen (where you need to scroll down to see the entire page), you must do the following:
1) You have to use Internet Explorer. It does not work with Firefox.
2) Make sure Activate Auto Scroll is activated located in the Program Options Capture tab
3) Go to Screen Capture and select Window Control.
4) Select the window you want to capture by clicking on it with your left mouse button. At this point you will see PicPick Window Control window. Within this window you will see listed under the Output Type “PicPick Editor” with the words Auto Scroll in red font. If “Auto Scroll” doesn’t show up then it will not scroll the active window when capturing the image.
NOTE: If it doesn’t scroll the active window when capturing the image, reload the internet page by copying and pasting the URL in the command line. This will reset something internally within Internet Explorer which will allow the Auto Scroll feature to work. This does not mean to “Refresh” the page; you must retype the URL in the command line.
