I do not know any tool what can put little nice stamps with incrementing digits (1,2,3,4,...) or literals (a,b,c,.....).
They should be moveable, deleting one of them should "renumber" the others.
And there should be a editable legend for the used stamps - optional with additional moveable speech bubbles for every stamp.
